We have a 2 nights minimum stay policy except during Easter, Christmas and New Year Peak season periods, during which a 7 night minimum stay policy applies

The Sri Lankan southern coast enjoys summer temperatures all year round with the rainy season being in June and November. Dec- April are particularly great times of the year to visit the island

Our in house chef is available to prepare fresh meals and will liaise with you on your dining preferences in advance. All food shopping will be done on your behalf and receipts for food purchases and transport costs will be presented to you to be settled directly with the chef

- The above rates apply to rental of the whole villa and all 4 suites for exclusive use.
- For all dates in the Low, Mid and High season, a minimum 2-night stay is applicable.
- For stays during the Peak season, a minimum 7-night stay is required and only available for exclusive villa rental.
- Please contact us for enquiries about rates for partial rental (2 suites) during low, mid and high seasons, for exclusive or non-exclusive use.
